Matt has been a great coach. Being someone with a Degree in Exercise Physiology myself and having been a personal trainer and around fitness for a long time Matt has been able to help with tweaking my weight lifting programs to get the maximum benefit. Matt is also very knowledgeable about meal plans and what works best, an area that I struggle with. I have told Matt my goals and what I want to accomplish and Matt has put together different types of meal plans from bulking plans to add muscle to meal plans I use to cut down fat and lean up. This is very beneficial because it covers every aspect for me and my fitness goals. It is also nice that whenever I have any questions Matt is always quick to respond with the answer I am looking for. I would recommend Matt to anyone looking to make a change in their fitness or looking for proper meal plans to fit your lifestyle.

Making the decision to start my training with Matt was one of the best decisions I could’ve made. This guy is extremely knowledgeable and really knows he stuff, any question I have regarding anything he always responds quickly and with the best advice for the goals Im looking for. He specifically designs your plan around your body type and the goals that you’re trying to achieve, from a training plan as well as a custom meal plan. Matt really cares about your progress he checks in with me weekly, I’m always asking questions and wanting to know more about living a productive and healthier lifestyle, and Matt is always there with an educated answer. My experience with Matt in my training program has been fantastic! My workouts are always detailed written specifically for my goals. He's always very quick to respond with any questions I've had and is super knowledgeable in his craft. Over the last several years I've tried to get into the gym and get back on track and ended up in failure. Not with Matt, he is very encouraging and motivating and doesn't make me feel like I'm a bother with any questions or problems I've had and if my workouts don't suit me he fixes it with no issues.
